Thank you for shopping at Mataram Art. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at mataram.artisan@gmail.com or visit our return portal at https://mataram-art.com.

In your request, please include:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. The name of the product(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return (if the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach a photo).

If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or sold at a discount.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at mataram.artisan@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

International Returns & Customs

For international returns, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred when shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
